I love basketball, but it’s not my only passion. It’s a blessing to have the ability to take advantage of other opportunities that allow me to engage in my passions outside of basketball.
I have no interest in being just another pretty face. My passion lies in finding a story/topic, researching stats/analysis from a variety of sources and then giving my opinion on the subject.

I want people to be excited to cover the game, to fall in love with the players and coaches at the collegiate and professional levels the way I have; to want to close the gap in coverage between women’s and men’s sports.
While often the end goal for networking is to make business connections, introductions don’t have be so direct, sterile and impersonal. The best business connections start with personal connections.
Even if you can’t pay rent and your mom has cancer, there is still something significant going on in our lives worthy of celebration. I encourage people to really embrace those tough times because even in those moments, good, significant things are happening.
