NFL Executive, Success and Personal Growth Advocate, Author and Entrepreneur, this week’s GladiatHers® Spotlight is breaking glass ceilings in heels. Chanelle Reynolds is currently the Director of Group Sales for the Washington Football Team. Reynolds was only with the organization for one year before being promoted to this role where she leads the growth of the group sales department and a team of ambitious Account Executives. Prior to joining the Washington Football Team in 2018, Reynolds spent four years with the Philadelphia 76ers Organization where she took on several positions during that time.
A proud HBCU graduate of Delaware State College, Reynolds obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She then later went on to earn her MBA from Drexel University. Reynolds reputation precedes her, as she was featured in the Top Women in Business Issue of the Delaware Today Magazine in 2016. One of the youngest of the honorees to receive this recognition! In 2017, she was also awarded as a 40 under 40 recipient by the Delaware Business Times.
Reynolds accolades do not stop there. Along with her twin sister, Reynolds has a faith-based brand designed to encourage youth and young adults to have a relationship with God and grow stronger in their faith via their Mobile App, Double Portion. Additionally, they own “The Branding Factory”, a branding & marketing agency that helps other people start their own brands. To add to this list Reynolds is also the Owner of the Reynolds Group, which arms peoples with tools to make positive change, maximize success and live their best lives!
Her latest and newest project is a new book, The Success Playbook. It is the go-getter’s Bible if you have a desire to successfully navigate through life. Chanelle Reynolds is not only breaking glass ceilings, she is paving the way for other women and minorities in sports.
